We dispose line for powder coating with a capacity of up to 2000 m2 of painted surface daily. The maximum dimensions of the painted elements in mm: 1100 x 1200 x 3000 mm and a maximum weight of items is 50 kg. We make use of Haug Chemie Poland company's technology-based on degreasing and phosphating ESKAPHOR In 576-60 formula.

In the near future will be implemented fully biodegradable surface preparation process based on Total company's formula of UNIREP series. We paint steel components, galvanised steel, aluminum and its alloys. We offer a wide range of colors in the RAL system and according to individual customer specifications based on paint manufacturers such as DuPont, Pulverit, Tiger, Akzo Nobel and many others.
